Edward Cory gained a diploma in drama at Queen Margaret College in Edinburgh and has subsequently appeared in Cinderella - as actor and co-director - and Dick McWhittington at The Brunton Theatre; The Virgin's Guide to Rocky Horror, for Daemonmediascotland; Volpone, Othello and Juno and the Paycock at the Royal Lyceum, Edinburgh; The Fall and Redemption of Man and Vivat Vivat Regina at the Buckhaven Theatre; Hogmanay for Jagged Edge; and The Lemmings are Coming for Royal Chimes Leisure. Edward has also appeared at many events, places and in many guises for Mercat tours. Characters include; Lord Darnley, Robert Burns, Sir Walter Scott, Meg Dods, Michael the monk, and Robert the stonemason. These Characters have appeared in specially written monologues and as part of playlets designed for corporate entertainment. Venues have included: Edinburgh Castle, The National Museum of Scotland and Balgonie Castle. On television Edward has also been seen on Taggart, Take The High Road, Winners and Losers, A View from Harold Clark, and The Justice Game.
